How quickly do you respond to support requests?
We aim to respond to all support requests within one business day. For urgent production issues, we prioritize and respond as quickly as possible.
Do you offer training for new users?
Yes. We provide onboarding and training as part of our implementation process. Additional training sessions can be arranged through your account manager or by contacting helpdesk@blvckshell.com.
Can I request new features?
Absolutely. We regularly incorporate customer feedback into our product roadmap. Send feature requests to helpdesk@blvckshell.com, and we'll review them with the product team.
What information should I include in a support request?
